7. Limitation of Liability

NUVOTECPROJECTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
